1. As a general rule Eatinng shall not be entitled to cancel Customer order once Customer received the confirmation on the same.

2. However, in the unlikely event of an item on Customer order being unavailable, we will contact Customer on the phone number provided to Eatinng at the time of placing the order and inform Customer of such unavailability. In such an event customer will be entitled to switch the items or cancel the entire order and shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with our refund policy.

3. Restaurant has reserve the sole right to cancel Customer order in the following circumstances:

(i) In the event of the designated address following outside the delivery zone offered by Restaurant;

(ii) Failure to contact Customer by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking;

(iii) Failure to deliver Customer order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from Customer at the time of delivery.

(iv) If Customer is denying payment. (COD)

(v) If Customer is not picking call/phone switched off.

(vi) If extra modifications done by Customer. In this case the order is cancelled and a new order is placed.

(vii) If Customer behaviour is concerning the security of the delivery executive.

4. On order cancellation from customer’s end, due to food wastage following actions will be taken on customer's account from Restaurant:

(a) On first order cancellation, the customer will come in temporary lock hence; COD option will be removed from the next order. One can place order only from online payment. Once Customer will place next order with the online payment, COD option will be available again for future.

Or

(b) If Customer cancels his order after it has been confirmed, Restaurant shall have a right to charge you cancellation fee up to the order value on the subsequent order and COD option will be locked temporarily.

(c) On the consecutive third-order cancellation, COD option will be locked permanently. Anyhow Customer can still place the order through online payment.

5. Refunds

(a) Customer needs to check the order completely before accepting. No refunds shall be made once the delivery executive has left your premises.

(b) Customer shall be entitled to a refund only if he pre-pay for his order at the time of placing order on the Services and only in the event of any of the following circumstances:

(i) Restaurant Order packaging has been tampered or damaged at the time of delivery; Refund is only valid when the order is cancelled by Customer along with sufficient proof.

(ii) Restaurant cancelling Customer order due to delivery location falling outside our designated delivery zones.

(iii) Customer cancelling the order at the time of confirmation due to unavailability of the items ordered at the time of booking.

(c) Decision on refunds shall be at sole discretion of Eatinng and shall be final and binding.

(d) Refunds for cancelled orders are done through online transfer to Customer particular Bank account provided by him within 3-4 business days.

(e) In case of payment at the time of deliver Customer still can cancel

(i) Orders where the packaging has been tampered or damaged by Restaurant.

(ii) Wrong order being delivered.

(iii) Items missing from Customer order at the time of delivery.

The above mentioned points will not be valid once delivery executive has left Customer premises. Customer needs to check the order completely before accepting the order. Eatiing are not responsible for wrong or partial delivery; this issue has to be settled directly with participating restaurant.

Blocking and Blacklisting

Eatinng shall be restricted to use our services in one or more of the following cases.

(a) Misbehaviour (Like abusing, threatening or using slang language etc.)

(b) Denying payment at the time of delivery (COD Method)

(c) Misguiding Restaurant delivery executive about order, address, location or payment.

(d) Cancellation without justified reason

(e) Asking delivery executive to bring any illicit items along with the order.

Customer has to cancel order the before 1 hour to get the full refund otherwise he is not eligible to get the refund.

Eatinng is committed to providing convenient and quality service to Restaurant partners. To help us in maintaining this level of service, Eatinng will urge customers to cancel or edit their reservations if they are unable to reach the restaurant at the decided time.

Can Customer cancel a reservation:-

Customer can cancel anytime in your profile section through the website or simply call the Eatinng at 1800100 4444 (valid only for customers bookings in India).
